| Monin Georges MONIN® founded the MONIN Company in Bourges, France, in the year 1912. The forefather of the MONIN brand distributed premium fruit cordials and wines to bar, restaurant and gourmet retail markets across France, promptly establishing the MONIN Company as a leader in quality. In fact, Georges MONIN’s motto La Passion de la Qualité (Passion for Quality) became the MONIN slogan, a slogan that is still driving the company today.
MONIN upholds its long-standing tradition of quality. Attention to detail, partnering with customers, anticipating consumer trends, and La Passion de la Qualité are the pillars on which the MONIN Company is building continued leadership in the flavoring industry for generations to come. | Torani With handwritten recipes from their hometown of Lucca, Italy, Rinaldo and Ezilda Torre introduced Torani syrups to the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco in 1925. Mixing their syrup recipes with sparkling water, the Torres introduced the classic Italian soda to local cafes, and soon began mixing, blending and selling Torani Syrups from their Italian wholesale grocery. In 1957, the Torre's son-in-law, Harry Lucheta, took over the business and guided Torani's growth from a small local San Francisco business to a brand that is loved around the world.
The popularity of specialty beverages and the support of cafés, restaurants and retailers have helped grow our brand for the last 80 years. Flavor seekers around the globe enjoy Torani in their favorite beverages everyday. And Torani continues to stay on the creative edge with new product lines and ideas. After all, you never know where the next revolutionary flavor innovation will appear, but you can be sure Torani will be there. |
